In the waking morning I had a strange dream I was in the living room with lights off watching a horror movie and a 20 year old who wore a red plad buttoned shirt black jeans and brown shoes I had on my trademark suit of black aqua blue shirt and a white faded tie The girl looked like my cousin who I haven t been around in years but still hold some meaningful bond I m unwilling to strengthen as she s drifted off She sat on my lap I felt estranged nervous with a frozen up kind of moment not knowing what to do It was like what was I supposed to as if my heart stopped beating Just an 18 year old kid not knowing how to react or respond an anxious moment where I really didn t know what to do next for a methodical planner kind of person We were about two-thirds away from finishing the movie We were watching The Ring or a Japanese film like that My cousin once dressed in a pink version of The Ring girl with her hair down the same way The last third of the movie was uneasy a bit eery but the moment felt a little cheesy When the monster revealed itself I was a bit turned on forgetting my cousin for a while I ve had dreams before about dueling monsters before out of sense it s just something I need to once in a while In a second I was reminded my cousin was there when she felt something under her In a playful way of seduction whispered 'That s what I want ' I knew where it was heading My consciousness was racing through my head 'No no no no no no no no! Wake up you have to wake up! You have to wake up!' And I did estranged feeling somewhat empty
