In a dream I took papers and went to post office to pay my water bills on the I found myself walking with a fat tall and dark man wearing a cap on his head inside there I found that the usual window for paying bills was closed I turned the other side I saw a woman through a glass office window I gave her the papers through the paying slot she spoke like to her colleagues and me but heard nothing the man had sad in another hall room for his needs
