An old lady (who already passed away) from my church told this story to me. It happened to her when she was in her 30's or so back in Soviet Russia. I have absolutely no reasons not to believe her, as she was never caught saying anything but truth, a vivid person of prayer (and my church pastor's mom). Story (unfortunately I don't remember minor details): Either her, or a member of their church (don't remember exactly) was in need of a little over 300 Rubles (about 2.5 average monthly salaries). It was a legit need. When she was praying about this particular need, Holly Spirit (or her inner voice, if you don't believe in Holly Spirit talking to people) told her to play a lottery, and literally dictated her 6 numbers to choose. She wrote them down, but since 2 numbers were consequent, it looked suspicious to her and she changed one of them at her own will. Using these numbers she played and won the EXACT amount that was needed, 5 out of 6 numbers matched (except the one she changed).
